This year the second appointment (May, 2nd-3rd) of the Italian Ferrari Challenge Pirelli Trophy will be hosted by the Ferrari home track, the Mugello international circuit, one of the facilities, which wrote the most beautiful chapters in the history of motorsports. The track’s layout with a long ascending straight, severe directional changes and several fast, blind and demanding corners will grant an especially exciting aspect to the races. Meanwhile the guests can benefit from the services offered at the spacious and elegant "Paddock Club", the perfect meeting point during the breaks between one session and the other. Wide media coverage on TV, radio and print media is assured, which is of great interest for the Challenge sponsors as well as the drivers’ personal sponsors.

Last week end of April is dedicated to the Premier National Cup 2009, the first race for the motorbikes. Three are the classes: 600 Stock - 600 Aperta - OPEN experimental.

There will be other trophies: Trofeo Motoestate 2009 - Dunlop Cup 2009 - Triumph Thruxton Cup 2009 - Trofeo Italiano Amatori 2009 - Michelin Power Cup 2009.

All is ready for the first race of the season, fully dedicated to Stuttgart's car.
That is Targa Tricolore Porsche: on friday and saturady free laps and free practice, while qualifyng and races will represent Sunday's programme.
General admission will be free of charge in the three days of this event.

The MotoGP riders will undertake their final preseason test of 2009 this weekend, and the stakes are high as they head to the Spanish circuit of Jerez. Dubbed ‘GP Zero’ within the FIM World Championship paddock, the Official MotoGP Test gives competitors from all three classes the chance to finetune their machines ahead of a grueling eight months of racing. Taking place from March 25th-March 29th, the Jerez visit unites the paddock in one location for the first time since 2008’s season-closing race at Valencia.
Split into two parts, the Official MotoGP Test will open with three days of 125cc/250cc action, before the MotoGP premier class have the track to themselves on the Saturday and Sunday.
